Venue: Wedding AI Design - Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Plans

We offer plans to support different wedding planning stages and professional needs:

• Free Tier: Basic generation quota (a few low‑resolution images per day), partial template trial, project creation and saving.
• Premium Membership: Unlocks all features and higher quotas.
  • Weekly subscription (price shown in your local currency)
  • Monthly subscription (local currency)
  • Annual subscription (local currency)
  • Includes: high‑resolution rendering, full style library and templates, batch generation and comparison, watermark‑free export, brand asset application, priority queue and acceleration, team collaboration (optional).
• Credit Packs: One‑time purchase of generation credits for high‑resolution export or queue acceleration.

2. Payment & Billing

• Payments may be processed by Apple App Store, Google Play or other third‑party payment channels.
• Auto‑renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds or credits for active billing periods except as required by law.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• You can cancel anytime in your device account settings; deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• If the service is defective, you may request a refund according to the platform’s rules where applicable.

4. License & Usage

• Generated content is for personal or team wedding‑planning purposes only; you may not resell outputs or distribute them as an independent stock library.
• You retain ownership of uploaded assets; we grant you a license to use generated images, subject to the Terms of Service.
• We may improve models and features using anonymized and aggregated data.

5. Service Limitations & Disclaimer

• This Service is a design assistance tool. Generated content may differ from actual venue constraints (fire safety, flow, structural load, etc.). You and the venue/professional suppliers must review and validate before execution.
• Features, content or pricing may change with reasonable notice.

6. Privacy & Data

• For personal and project data processing, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• It is used for illegal, infringing or harmful activities.
• The Service is abused (e.g., excessive bot usage, fraudulent payments, system attacks).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR; disputes are subject to the courts of Hong Kong (mandatory local laws prevail where applicable).
