Terms of Service - Venue: Wedding AI Design

General Terms

By accessing or using Venue: Wedding AI Design (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to our web/app experiences and all communications between you and us.

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including data or profit loss) arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

License

We grant you a revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Service in accordance with this agreement.

This agreement is between you and us (the "Company"), the provider of Venue: Wedding AI Design and its services. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. "You" refers to both the individual and the entity you represent.

Definitions and Key Terms

• Company: The entity providing the Service and processing your information per these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
• Device: Any internet‑connected device used to access the Service, such as a phone, tablet or computer.
• Service: Features including AI image generation, template library, project management, export and sharing.
• You: The individual or organization that registers to use the Service.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and will prevent others from:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit the Service, or copy/distribute it to create similar or competing services.
• Modify, create derivative works, decompile or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
• Abuse generation capacity (e.g., bulk botting, bypassing queues/quotas, attacking or interfering with our systems).
• Use outputs as an independent stock library for resale, or copy distinctive styles/expressions of our templates/models without authorization.
• Upload or generate content that infringes rights, is unlawful or inappropriate (e.g., protected brands/copyrights, hate or violent content).

Outputs & Intellectual Property

• You retain rights to your uploaded assets; ensure you have the necessary authorization.
• We grant you a license to use generated images for wedding‑planning display and communication; certain commercial scenarios may require additional authorization.
• Our models, templates, UI and derivatives are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
• With your consent or after anonymization, we may use examples for showcases or model improvement.

Design Safety & Disclaimer

The Service is a design assistance tool. Generated images and plans are for reference and must be validated against real venue fire codes, structural load, flow and safety requirements by you and the venue/professional suppliers. We are not responsible for implementation outcomes or compliance risks.

Your Suggestions

Any feedback, ideas or suggestions ("Suggestions") you provide become our exclusive property. We may use, copy, modify or redistribute them for any purpose without compensation.

Your Consent

Using our app/web, registering an account or making a purchase constitutes your agreement to these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may change the Service and policies and update these Terms accordingly. We will provide reasonable notice before changes take effect; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Third‑Party Services

We are not responsible for third‑party services linked to or integrated with the Service. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Term & Termination

This agreement remains effective until terminated by you or us. We may suspend or terminate at any time for violations; you may terminate by ceasing use and deleting your account/app.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of this agreement.

No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error‑free service or that outputs will meet expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Service. We are not liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages.

Arbitration & Governing Law

Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration under the commercial arbitration rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. This agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
