Decor Master - AI Home Design Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Plans

We offer flexible tiers for home design needs:

• Free Tier: Basic access with watermarked renders and limited daily exports.
• Pro Creator:
  • weekly_subscription($5.99/week)
  • yearly_subscription($29.99/year)
  • yearly_subscription_sale($14.99/year)
  • Priority rendering + exclusive design filters.
• lifely_vip: One-time payment ($49.99) with all future Pro features.

2. Payment & Billing

• Payments processed via Apple Store/Google Play or authorized gateways.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew unless canceled 24 hours before the current period ends.
• No refunds for unused periods (except where legally required).

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancel via Apple ID/Google Play Account Settings. Deleting the app ≠ cancellation.
• Lifetime Access: Refundable within 14 days if defective/unused.

4. License & Usage Rights

• Free Tier: Personal use only (non-commercial).
• Pro/Lifetime: Commercial rights for client projects (e.g., interior design services).
• User Ownership: You retain rights to designs; Decor Master may use anonymized data to improve AI.

5. Service Limitations

• Outputs labeled as "AI-Assisted Design Concepts"—verify measurements for construction.
• Scale Accuracy: Furniture/dimensions may vary by ±10% for creative flexibility.
• We may modify features/pricing with 30 days’ notice.

6. Privacy & Data

• Uploaded images are processed in real-time and deleted after generation (see Privacy Policy).

7. Termination

Accounts may be suspended for:

• ❌ Reselling renders as stock assets.
• ❌ Payment fraud or abusive requests.

8. Governing Law

Terms governed by Hong Kong SAR law; disputes resolved in Hong Kong courts.
